Solar Arrays

Sail further. Run the AC. Never worry about power again.

Designed for your boat, your route, your lifestyle

No two boats are the same, and neither are two solar installs. We start by understanding how you use your boat — how many days at anchor, what loads you're running, where you're sailing — then design a system sized exactly for your needs. We work with JA Solar and Longi panels, two of the world's leading manufacturers, chosen for their efficiency, durability, and proven performance in the harsh marine environment.

Victron SmartSolar MPPT — the best in the business

Every solar install we do is paired with Victron SmartSolar MPPT charge controllers. These continuously track the maximum power point of your panels, extracting every watt available even in partial shade or overcast conditions. Victron MPPT units communicate directly with your battery BMS and Cerbo GX, so the whole system works as one.

Through the Victron VRM portal, you can monitor your solar yield in real time from anywhere in the world — daily totals, historical production, and live panel output all visible on your phone.

What we install

Real energy independence

A properly sized solar array combined with a lithium battery bank means you can stay at anchor indefinitely — running refrigeration, fans, navigation electronics, and even air conditioning — without running a generator. Our team has done this on our own boats. We know what works in the Caribbean, the Atlantic, and beyond.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many solar panels do I need on my boat?

It depends on your power consumption and battery bank size. A typical live-aboard catamaran needs 2000W–3000W of solar to maintain energy independence at anchor without compromising. We size every system based on your actual loads.

Can solar run my air conditioning?

Yes — when combined with a lithium battery bank and a DC air conditioning unit (like Blue-Airco or Mabru), solar can power your AC without a generator. We design and install complete off-grid systems.

What panels do you use?

We work primarily with JA Solar and Longi — two of the world's most advanced panel manufacturers, proven leaders in anti-shading and bifacial capabilities. We have experienced 104% production at 10am with our latest installs.

Do you install solar in other Caribbean islands?

Yes. We're based in St. Maarten but work throughout the Caribbean. Contact us to discuss your location and we'll find the best solution.

Ready to harness the sun?

We'll design and install a solar system that gives you true energy independence in the Caribbean.
