• Yard coordination — We manage the relationship with your chosen boatyard, scheduling haul-out, blocking, and re-launch
• Trade management — We source, vet, and schedule all subcontractors — riggers, painters, engineers, glasswork specialists, and more
• Electrical & systems — All electrical, solar, battery, AC, watermaker, and navigation work handled directly by our own team
• Daily oversight — We're on-site daily to check progress, maintain quality, and keep every trade on schedule
• Owner reporting — Regular written updates with photos so you always know exactly where your project stands
• Commissioning & sea trial — We sign off every system before you step back aboard
