Our crew are all dedicated oceanic nomads who have built a life around boats and sailing.
Max
Max grew up on a sailboat in the Caribbean and then moved on to running megayachts as an engineer and eventually captain. His extensive history onboard vessels of all sizes makes him a one-stop information shop.
Adam
Adam is a certified electrician from Australia who met Max on a boat sailing the Pacific, where they completed a circumnavigation and never looked back. Adam has spent years perfecting the set up of an off-grid vessel.
Gerrod
Gerrod is our HVAC wiz making the air cold while being a cool cucumber himself. Having done a few crossings as well he can fix almost anything on a boat, challenge accepted.
Rich
Rich comes from a background playing with boats for the US Navy, with electrical systems on land and sea. He specializes in electronic installations having worked with multiple shipyards over the years.
Vince
Vince hails from the Netherlands but prefers the sunny sailing of the Caribbean. Having set some records for doing wheelies on motorbikes, he brings his gear head enthusiasm to our team.
Stephanie
Stephanie brings the vibe and reminds everyone to breathe. When she’s not moonlighting as a yoga instructor, her accountant hat comes on and she gets strangely happy when things reconcile to zero.
Zouk
Zouk is our certified office and workshop security guard.
He helps keep the place safe, but also welcomes everyone with ridiculous enthusiasm.
